Biography
B.S. Civil Engineering with Focus on Water/Wastewater from Birzeit Univeristy, Palestine, M.S. Geosciences from SF STATE
My research focus has been stormwater management techniques Like low impact development (LID) networks and impact on groundwater quality in an urban environment. My research evaluated how the selection and design of best management practices (BMPs) controls recharge rates and important geochemical processes that affect many potential groundwater contaminants. I enjoy developing in non-majors at SF STATE a greater interest and awareness of the natural environment.
