Overview
I hope you all had a great summer. Please join us at the annual School of the Environment picnic in Golden Gate Park on Sunday, Sept 13th, to reconnect with alumni and to welcome new and returning students, staff and faculty to the 2026 academic year!
When? Sunday, Sept 13th, 2025 from noon until 3-4pm
Where? Golden Gate Park - Hellman Hollow Tables - 10, 11 &12, approximately here https://maps.app.goo.gl/Stff45yKYZKVoFYU7.
What to bring? Please bring...
- a picnic dish to share. This could be something to throw on the grill, a salad, a side dish, something sweet or chips etc. We'll have standard condiments, bread rolls and buns, grilling tools, paper plates, etc.
- Drinks you like to drink - we'll have coolers and ice
Also feel free to bring... partners, kids, and friends (including four-legged ones)
- Your favorite reusable plate, cup and cutlery to save on ‘compostables’
- camping chairs, blankets, guitars, frisbees, balls or games as you like
